Importing a used car from China follows five steps: choose an exporter and a specific car, inspect it, agree FOB/CIF and pay, ship by container or RoRo, then clear customs with the export documents and any destination certification.

Step by step

• 1. Car and inspection: pick a unit; we supply photos and a condition report, and you can appoint an independent inspector.
• 2. Terms: FOB or CIF; payment by T/T or L/C.
• 3. Documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin.
• 4. Shipping: container or RoRo to your port.
• 5. Clearance and registration.
